Overview of the Driver App

The Transpomate Mobile App is designed specifically for drivers assigned to company vehicles to manage their transport operations with ease. Every vehicle registered in the system is paired with a Microsoft account, and drivers log in using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) to access and manage their assigned voyages.

Whether transporting employees or delivering packages, the mobile app provides drivers with a streamlined and intuitive interface to:

View and preview assigned voyages
Start and complete voyages step-by-step
Perform pickups and drop-offs efficiently
Log important voyage details
Report breakdowns and request to abandon trips when needed
Access voyage history and contact key personnel when necessary

1.2: Permissions and Roles Required:

To access the Driver App, the user must have a vehicle registered with a designated Driver App email.

Only voyages assigned to that vehicle under the registered Driver App email will be visible to the user.

1.3: Logging into the Mobile App:

The Transpomate Mobile App uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure and streamlined login. Each driver logs in using a Microsoft account that is mapped to a vehicle within the Transpomate system.

Steps to Log In:

Open the Transpomate mobile application.
Tap on “Sign in with Microsoft”.
Enter the Microsoft credentials associated with the registered vehicle.
Upon successful login, you’ll be directed to the Home Page where your next assigned voyage (if any) will be displayed.

📌 The login represents the vehicle, not a personal driver account.

1.4: Understanding the Navigation Bar :

The Navigation Bar provides access to the key sections of the app and is available from almost every screen.

Navigation Bar Options:

Home - Returns you to the main home page to view pending voyages
My Voyages - View a list of your completed and abandoned voyages from the last 15 days
Logout - Securely exit the app
