How to Add a Vehicle Owner

The Add Vehicle Owner feature in Transpomate allows admins to add and manage vehicle owners within the system.

The Admin can navigate to this page by clicking on the Add option from the View Owners table.

1.1: Add Vehicle Owner Form:

📌 The Vehicle Owner's Email Address and Mobile Number must be unique. If the address or the mobile number already exists, the system will display an error message.

1.2: Best Practices:

The email should be a functional and frequently used address to ensure the vehicle owner receives system notifications.
Enter a valid mobile number to enable direct communication when needed.
Ensure the full address is provided for accurate record-keeping and communication.
Ensure personal data is entered securely and follows company data protection policies.
