The Edit Users feature in Transpomate allows admins to update users roles and permission.
The Admin can navigate to this page by clicking on the Edit option from the View Users table.
This can be done in two ways:
Individually – By editing an employee's form for each employee manually.
Bulk Upload – By uploading a CSV file containing multiple employee details at once. (Bulk Update Employees)
📌 Note:
If an employee's record is disabled by the admin, their associated user account (if they have previously logged into the application) will also be disabled, preventing them from accessing the system.
Admin users cannot disable their own employee records; however, another admin can disable their record if necessary.
Double-check that the Employee ID, First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Number are correctly entered.
Ensure the Email Address is valid and includes the correct tenant domain.
Maintain uniform capitalization for names (e.g., "John Doe" instead of "john doe").
Ensure the Mobile Number and Email Address are up-to-date, as they will receive the invitation email and SMS for accessing Transpomate.
