How to Add a Cost Center

The Add Cost Center feature in Transpomate allows admins to add and manage cost centers within the system. Each cost center must have a unique identifier and name to ensure accurate organization.

The Admin can navigate to this page by clicking on the Add(+) option from the View Cost Centers table.

1.1: Add Cost Center Form:

📌 The Cost Center Code and Cost Center Name must be unique. If a code or name already exists, the system will display an error message.

1.2: Best Practices:

Use standardized naming conventions for cost center names.
Ensure Cost Center Codes are structured consistently (e.g., CC-0001 , AZ-0201 ).
Regularly review Cost Center entries to avoid duplication.
