The Users page provides a comprehensive list of system users along with their assigned roles. Admins can view and manage user information, including editing details and modifying assigned roles.
Admin: Can edit, disable, manage user records, roles and permissions.
An admin can navigate to View all Employees added under their Company by the sidebar icon highlighted on the image.
Upon hovering over the icon, a tool-tip will be displayed to the admin as Users.
📌 When the Company Admin navigates to the View Users page, the admin should see the admin's user record within the table, as the admin was the first user to log into the system.
The Users Page in Transpomate provides a list of employees who have successfully logged into the application at least once.Â
Employees vs. Users
Not all employees added to the system will appear on the Users Page.
Only employees who have logged into Transpomate at least once will be registered as users and shown on this page.
Default Role Assignment
Every newly registered user is automatically assigned the Generic User role.
This role is necessary for accessing Transpomate’s core functionality—creating passenger and/or delivery requests, depending on the company’s configured service modes.
If an employee is granted additional roles, they will have access to extra features based on their assigned permissions.
