The Add Role feature in Transpomate allows admins to add and manage Custom Roles within the system.
The Admin can navigate to this page by clicking on the Add option from the View Roles table.
Use clear, descriptive names (e.g., Logistics Tracker, Regional Supervisor).
Avoid duplicating the functionality of default roles unless you're intentionally creating a specialized version.
Review permissions carefully to avoid granting unintended access.
📌 Note:
All Custom Roles added will be visible within User Management and Employee Management screens to assign to Users and Employees.
Permissions such as “Create Passenger Request” and “Create Delivery Request” are granted by default to all Users through the Generic User role, depending on the company's configured services.
If Passenger Transport is enabled in the company configuration, users will automatically receive access to Create Passenger Requests.
If Enclosed Deliveries is enabled, users will automatically receive access to Create Delivery Requests.
These permissions do not need to be manually assigned when creating or customizing Roles.
