To ensure business continuity and resilience, Transpomate has defined the following recovery objectives:
Recovery Point Objective (RPO):
The maximum acceptable amount of data loss measured in time is 1 day. This means the platform is capable of recovering data up to the last 24 hours before a failure event.
Recovery Time Objective (RTO):
The maximum acceptable downtime after a disruption is 3 hours. The system is expected to be fully restored and operational within this period.
