The Edit Cost Center feature in Transpomate allows admins to update cost center details while ensuring data integrity. Admins can modify the Cost Center Name, Cost Center Code, and also the status of a Cost Center.
The Admin can navigate to this page by clicking on the Edit option from the View Cost Centers table.
📌 A cost center can only be disabled if there are no employees assigned under that cost center or if all employees assigned under that cost center have been disabled.
Keep Cost Center names descriptive and standardized.
Ensure that Cost Center changes do not affect existing workflows.
Regularly review Cost Center details for accuracy.
