Transpomate’s Delivery Requests Management module (Supply Mate) is a centralized and intelligent system for handling all company-related delivery operations. Whether it's transporting goods between branches, fulfilling client deliveries, or managing internal logistics, this module ensures every delivery is efficiently scheduled, tracked, and documented.

Transpomate enables drivers to capture proof of collection and delivery through e-signatures and image capture, automatically generating proof documents for compliance and record-keeping. The platform also integrates costing, auditing, and financing into the transport workflow, allowing companies to manage logistics with full financial visibility. Real-time tracking and monitoring ensure safety and accountability throughout the delivery process, while built-in analytics provide actionable insights for operational optimization.

Delivery Request Process Flow

Customer Order Placement

Customers place orders either:

Directly via the Transpomate web application, or
Through integrated e-commerce platforms or ERP systems

Order Retrieval & Delivery Request Creation

Transpomate retrieves these orders and automatically creates delivery requests, including details like item dimensions, pickup/delivery locations, and customer schedules.

Approval Flow

Delivery requests go through an approval process. Approved requests are then passed to:

A Transport Coordinator (for manual scheduling), or
Transpomate’s built-in BOT (for automated scheduling)

Picking Instructions Generation

Transpomate generates picking instructions that specify:

Which packages to pick
From which warehouse zones or bins
Where to place them (typically in the loading bay area)

Voyage Scheduling & Load Optimization

Transpomate:

Checks vehicle availability
Evaluates constraints like vehicle dimensions and package sizes
Generates a load plan and defines pickup and delivery routes and points

Driver Notification & Trip Execution

The mobile device assigned to the vehicle receives trip details.

Using the Transpomate mobile app, the driver:

Navigates to warehouses or collection centers
Loads packages as per the load plan
Executes deliveries using Google Maps navigation

Proof Capture & Document Generation

For each package, the driver captures proof of collection and delivery via:

E-signatures
Image capture

Transpomate generates proof documents for compliance, customer communication, and internal records.

Trip Monitoring & Status Updates

Real-time trip status updates (e.g., delivery completed, delayed) are sent to:

Requestors
Coordinators or managers
Operators monitoring the delivery flow

Post-Trip Reporting & Financials

After trip completion, users can generate analytical reports via the Transpomate web application.
