An Organization Admin or Company Admin can also be registered as an employee. This allows them to perform employee-level actions (such as creating passenger or delivery requests) in addition to their administrative responsibilities.
For Organizations using Microsoft SSO:
An invitation email is sent to their registered email address if added by the admin.
Employees must use this invitation link to log into Transpomate via the Login with Microsoft button (What to use?).
For Any other Organization:
Employees will receive two separate emails:
One email containing their username (which is their registered email address)
Another email with a password setup link
Employees must:
Click the password setup link to create their password
Log in to Transpomate using the username and the new password
NOTE: Employees must use this invitation link to log into Transpomate and access the application.
All newly added employees are automatically assigned the Generic User role.
This grants them access to create passenger and/or delivery requests, depending on the service modes configured by the company admin (Learn more about company configuration).
If an employee is assigned additional roles, they will see additional sidebar options upon logging in, based on their permissions.
