How to Create an Organization

Step 1: Registering an Organization in Transpomate

📌 Your organization must be registered in Transpomate before use.

Option 1: For Organizations using Microsoft SSO

Open the Microsoft Azure Marketplace .
Search for Transpomate under SaaS Products.
Follow the on-screen instructions to register your organization.
If you need assistance, contact transpomatesupport@inivosglobal.com.

NOTE: You can access the Microsoft Azure Marketplace by visiting the Transpomate website and clicking the Marketplace link, or by opening the AppSource portal and searching for Transpomate under SaaS products.

Option 2: For Any other Organization

Other organizations must share their company details with Transpomate to initiate the setup process. Once the setup is complete, the designated company admin will receive two emails:

One with their username
Another with a link to set their password

Information to Provide to Transpomate:

Please send the following details to transpomatesupport@inivosglobal.com:

Organization Admin Details:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
Organization Details:
- Business Registration Number
- Organization Name (must be unique)
- Organization Size:
  - Less than 500
  - 501–1500
  - 1501–3500
  - More than 3500
- Industry Type
- Address, City, Country, Postal Code
Company Details:
- Company Name (must be unique)
- Company Address, City, Country, Postal Code
- Company Admin's First and Last Name
- Company Admin's Email Address
- Company Admin's Mobile Number

Step 2: After Submitting the Organization Request

What happens next depends on how your organization signed up:

For Organizations using Microsoft SSO:

The Transpomate team will review your request made from Azure Marketplace. If you request is rejected Transpomate team will reach you for more details.
If your request was approved:
- Both the Organization Admin (who submitted the request) and the Company Admin (as specified in the form) will receive invitation emails to access Transpomate.
- The Organization Admin further receives subscription details email containing:
  - Information about the subscribed plan and entitlements
  - A link back to the Azure Marketplace to manage or cancel the subscription

For Any other Organization:

The Transpomate will review your details and complete the setup. If you request is rejected Transpomate team will reach you for more details.
If your request was approved, both the Organization Admin and the Company Admin will receive the following invitation emails to access Transpomate:
- An email with their username.
- A separate email with a link to set their password.
